CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable only if the booking is cancelled less that 14 days before arrival and we are unable to re-let your room.
To secure a booking, a deposit equivalent to one night's charge is required. Stays over 5 nights = 2 night’s charge. Stays over 10 days = 25% of total booking.
No 1 night bookings on bank holiday weekends

Children 3 years and younger are free of charge and single occupancy of a double / twin room when available is the daily room rate less £40.
All prices include a breakfast and a complementary newspaper. An Extra Breakfast is £12.50.
All bookings must be secured with a deposit, any bookings that have been made without paying a deposit are not valid.
